THREE IDIOTS - Aamir Khan's next movie based on Chetan Bhagat's bestseller Five Point Someone


Three Idiots is the next movie of Aamir Khan which can be released this month. This movie, directed by Rajkumar Hirani will be based on Chetan Bhagat's bestseller novel Five Point Someone. It's story will be all about three engineering students whose role will be played by Aamir Khan as Ryan, Sarman Joshi as Alok & R. After thrashing SriLanka at their home India is ready to take on NewZealand

After thrashing SriLanka at their home in ODI by 4-1 & in -20 by 1-0 ,India is all set to take on New Zealand at their home ground for the series starting on 25th Feb with two T-20 matches on 25th & 27th Feb. India will try to start their campaign with a win against New Zealand team which has performed well in their recently concluded series against Australia. Indian team has departed for the series yesterday with coach Gary Kirsten. In a recent statement New Zealand captain Daniel Vettori expressed that Indian big hitters like Sehwag & Dhoni can prove to be frightening for them on their grounds which are comparatively smaller than Indian ground.

RAIL BUDGET 2009

The rail budget was presented in Lok Sabha & the main focus of the budget was to reduce burden on the common man by reducing train fares by substantiaal amount,implementation of 6th pay commission & increasing 43 new trains in the year 2010. INDOMITABLE IRFAN & YOUSUF PATHAN SHINES IN T-20 THRILLER AGAINST SRILANKA



The all-round show by Pathan brothers'(Yousuf Pathan & Irfan Pathan) had snatched a thriller T-20 match from SriLanka who were having the edge at one time when India were 115/7 & needed 57 runs from 29 balls to win the match which looked to be impossible that time. But you can't predict in a T-20 match which can be changed at any time & it happened in yesterdays' match when Yousuf & Irfan turned the match in India's favour. Yousuf scored 22 off 10 balls while Irfan scored 33 off 16 balls & in balling Yousuf's figures were 23-2 which is a quite descent figure in T-20. Yousuf's one four & 2 sixes in Baddara's over turned the tide in India's favour & he was adjudged as man of the match for his all roung heroics. Before Pathan duo 59 run not out stand, some fabulous shots were played by by Yuvraj & Suresh Raina. Again India has shown that they are really T-20 champions.

Andrew Flintoff & Kevin Pietersen emerged as the world'd most expensive players in IPL after being sold for a whopping $1.55 milliom each at February 6 auction held at Goa. They have surpassed Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni who was the last season's most expensive player , bought by Chennai Super Kings at $1.5 million.
The hard-hitting batsman, Kevin Pietersen was bought by Vijay Mallya, the owner of Bangalore Royal Challengers while the all-rounder andrew Flintoff went to Chennai Super Kings. Both of them were most sought after players at the auction.
J P Dumminy, the South Frican batsman who has been in the great form for the last few months was bought by Mumbai Indians for $950,000. Mashrafe Murtaza was sold to Kolkata Knight Riders who were lacking pace attack as Umar Gul & Shoaib Akhtar will not be available for this season of IPL.
