The rail budget was presented in Lok Sabha & the main focus of the budget was to reduce burden on the common man by reducing train fares by substantiaal amount,implementation of 6th pay commission & increasing 43 new trains in the year 2010. Whwn it comes to presenting the budget then main focus of Laloo Yadav is on common population .
